Sculpt and tone your entire body at the barre! In this class you will find elements of ballet, yoga, Pilates, and functional training. By using small controlled movements, isometric holds, interval training, body weight or lift weights, we will challenge and accommodate all fitness levels with a high intensity yet low impact workout!
This 60 minute gentle flow class will help you unwind and leave all stress behind. Candlelight yoga offers a soothing environment that guides you through basic asanas (poses) that are designed to help you release tension and reconnect with your spirit. Appropriate for all levels.
This 60 minute flowing yoga class combines physical activity with breath to reduce stress, control weight, and enhance focus. This class is great for beginners and experienced yogis as well. Will help to introduce basic postures while challenging your focus and physical strength. Ideal for gentle strengthening, increasing relaxation, focus, and flexibility. Various options will be offered to appeal to a variety of ability levels.
Hatha Yoga is a 60 minute slow flowing sequence of postures intended to build balance, strength and flexibility of the physical body to quiet the mind, increase energy flow, open the spine and prepare the body for stillness. In this class, students will experience longer holds in the postures to allow time to focus on the foundation of the pose, alignment of the physical body, the breath and quieting the mind. This class is suitable for a student new to yoga, and for those that wish to deepen their practice returning to their foundation of postures, alignment and breath.
This 90 minute yoga class will begin with slow paced sun salutations followed by a sequence of standing, balancing, seated and reclining postures connecting movement and breath.  Class cultivates the intention of connecting to the heart center, quieting the mind, and settling into stillness.
This 75 minute yoga class offers both basic and intermediate options and longer holds in order to explore depth in postures. Arm balances and inversions may be explored with guidance. Appropriate for fit beginners and ongoing students.
This mixed-level class combines physical activity with breath to create a variety of flowing yoga options. Great for beginners and experienced yogis as well. Will help to introduce and master basic postures while offering challenges for your focus and physical strength. Ideal for strengthening and toning, increasing relaxation, focus, and flexibility. Various options will be offered to appeal to a variety of ability levels.
 
This 60 minute class builds heat with a faster pace flow and offers intermediate/advanced pose options as well as additional strength training. Hand-held weights are sometimes added along with core specific work, arm balance, and inversion options. Tabatas may be incorporated. Suitable for those with some yoga experience or a moderate to high level of physical fitness.
This 60 minute class is an ancient practice that promotes holistic healing through balancing and clearing your energy channels.  Qigong is an integration of physical postures, breathing techniques, and focused intentions.  It is a simple and very effective method to help you heal physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.  Appropriate for beginners and ongoing students.  More information about Qigong can be found on these videos:
 
Yin Yoga is a one hour class that uses longer holds and the force of gravity in different grounded postures to help increase flexibility around the joints. Yin yoga is based on the Chinese Medicine approach to health, which says the flow of energy through its natural channels (meridians) in our body is essential to our well-being. Yin yoga works to clear blockages and stimulate the efficient flow of these “rivers of energy”. This practice is accessible and beneficial to people of all ages and fitness levels. No prior yoga experience is required and modifications will be given along the way if needed. Gift yourself an evening of feeling more flexible, deeply rested and vibrant!

If you sit for large amounts of time at work, this is a great class to break up fascia and relieve tension. With the addition of props, get ready to sink into poses and hold, relaxing and releasing. This feels better than a nap; you’ll feel more flexible, deeply rested, and vibrant!
